This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on hifruitty.com, operated by STRATACORE LLC (d/b/a HiFruitty).

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your HiFruitty product. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Email us at care@hifruitty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
  4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Defective Products

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately at care@hifruitty.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Photos showing the issue

We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Warranty

All HiFruitty products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims should be directed to care@hifruitty.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
