This shipping policy applies to all purchases made on hifruitty.com, operated by STRATACORE LLC (d/b/a HiFruitty).

All delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Discreet Packaging
All HiFruitty orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product names, or descriptions visible. The return sender appears as "HF Commerce". Your bank statement will also show "HF Commerce" — no reference to HiFruitty or the nature of the product.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at care@hifruitty.com.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at care@hifruitty.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us, as minor delays can occur with carriers.
STRATACORE LLC (d/b/a HiFruitty) is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
