Welcome to HiFruitty. By accessing or using hifruitty.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations may occur.
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
4. Shipping
We offer free discreet shipping on orders over €40 within the European Union. All packages are shipped in plain, logo-free packaging. The sender appears as "HF Commerce" on both the package and your bank statement.
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for Spain and 5–8 business days for the rest of the EU. These are estimates and not guarantees. STRATACORE LLC (d/b/a HiFruitty) is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at care@hifruitty.com with your order number.
Returned products must be in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used unless they are defective.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and code — is the property of STRATACORE LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
STRATACORE LLC (d/b/a HiFruitty) provides products for personal use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States.
